About the Book:

Chulippitee. Buckadoodle. Uckeybuckey.

What do these words have in common? Poppy and Freddy invented them!

Freddy and his grandfather, Poppy, love to spend time together. One day, while they’re eating a snack, Poppy says, “Buckadoodle,” to Freddy. What does this mean? Freddy isn’t sure, but Poppy promises he will find out!

Join Freddy and Poppy on this word-game adventure, and maybe invent a word or two of your own that shows your loved ones just how much you care!

Review:

Freddy and Poppy love spending time with each other and today they are playing a game. It is a fun game with made up words and rhymes. It does not matter that the words are made up, it matters that Freddy and Poppy are having fun together. Your little one will have fun reading the made up words and may make up a few of their own! The illustrations are similar to drawings and help show the reader what some of the made up words are. This is a great book to read with your little one but because of the made up words, it is a great book for them to read as they become a more experienced reader. That means that you and your little one can enjoy this book for a long time!

About the Author:
