Just My Luck by Adele Parks

Image
Just My Luck  is Adele Parks' latest novel available on 6April by MIRA books. The author of  Lies, Lies, Lies  is back with another thriller. This book is already in the process of being made into a movie! In my opinion the book is always better than the movie to be sure to read this one first. I have read Adele's books in the past and love her ability to capture the reader. I was thrilled to be asked to be part of this blog tour for my honest opinions. It is so important to support writers and books you love so they can create more books for us! Description Be careful what you wish for...    After spending happy hours, parenting classes and barbeques together for the last 15 years, Lexi and Jake Greenwood have celebrated and shared almost everything with the Pearsons and the Heathcotes, including their lottery numbers. Then one night, the unthinkable happens. Someone has been telling lies – lies dark enough to burn bridges and tear the tight group of friends apart. Whe

Project Kaitlyn by Grayson Avery

Welcome to my stop on the blog tour for Grayson Avery’s newest book, Project Kaitlyn . It is a funny book guaranteed to take you on an escape. It is the first in the Sweet Water Circle series. Sweet Water Circle is a group of women who support each other through anything. Thank you to Rachel’s Random Resources and the publisher for allowing me to be a part of this tour. They provided the book and media information but the review is my honest opinion of the book. Description Meet Kaitlyn Colby, a clumsy, inappropriate blurter with self-esteem issues, but also quite handy with an axe. She's certainly no superhero, but she fights the battles of a single mom with sweet snarkasm. Between work and pining for and co-parenting with her man-child ex (is there any other kind?), Kaitlyn has no time to find that special someone. And if she did, would he really want her anyway? Kaitlyn's sister and friends (The Sweet Water Circle) say yes, so following a typical Kaitlyn slip up, The Circle

Her Dark Lies by J.T. Ellison

Image
J.T. Ellison’s new book,  Her Dark Lies , is a thrilling novel about a beautiful Italian island and a fairy tale wedding that goes horribly wrong. I have read J.T. Ellison’s novels in the past and love her writing. She has you guessing until the very end of the story. You have to digest what you just read to fully understand the story and who is left standing.   This amazing book is available tomorrow, 9 March and I'm honored to be part of the blog tour. A huge thank you to the publisher and author for inviting me. I'm giving you a head start into the book with my review and, my favorite part, a Q&A with J.T. Ellison herself! Review   The story takes place on a private island that has been in the Compton family for generations. The island is gorgeous and terrifying at the same time. The history is amazing with famous artists having lived there and some of their artwork is on display. Claire, an artist herself, is amazed by this. This island is supposed to be the setting of
