The Waitress by Nina Manning

Nina Manning’s newest book is out now. The Waitress is the story of Kit who is a waitress with a lot of secrets. Thank you to Rachel's Random Resources for including me in this book tour!

Kit has secrets she hopes will stay secrets. After she wins a fabulous prize she is hesitant and does not believe her luck. Are her instincts right?

This dual timeline POV story is very engaging. I wanted to keep reading to uncover the clues from the present to find out what secrets Kit is hiding from her past. The descriptive writing made me feel like I was in the book and it was easy to picture the scenes. I've read Nina Manning's earlier books and really like her writing and characters. It is a quick read with a great story!
